Q: Why do I need my trash & recycle bins cleaned?
A: Trash & recycle bins are full of bacteria, viruses & fungi. Cleaning & sanitizing your bins on a regular basis contributes to the health of your family. It also controls insects & odors.
Q: Is there a contract required to sign up for service?
A: No there is no contract.  However, we do require a minimum of 3 consecutive services for all service plans.   Cancellation prior to 3 consecutive services will result in a bill for the remainder of the service obligation.
Q: How do payments work?
A: Payments are subscription based.  The subscription will conveniently reoccur and post to your account the same day every month of the selected service plan upon starting the subscription. For added security we do not have access to cards on file. Your cleaning may not occur the day payment is posted. We schedule  all cleanings by day of trash/recycle collection and community/location. We send cleaning notifications 1 day prior to the cleaning.  The comfort and trust of each client is our top priority!
Q: What if I forget that VTSO is coming and put my bins away?
A: If the bins are visible from the street, reasonably accessible to us, and empty. We'll roll them down and return to their original location, upon cleaning completion.  Please note upon arrival bin(s) will not be serviced if excessive trash is placed in bin(s) after trash collection,  if bin(s) are not accessible (inside garage, behind gate etc.), or no access from client at gate. These circumstances will not result in a reschedule or refund.
Q: What if I need more than 4 bins cleaned?
A: That’s no problem, if you need 4 or more bins cleaned please contact us for special billing. 
Q: When will my bins be cleaned?
A:  We'll visit each home on their regular trash/recycle collection day. We’ll clean, sanitize, and deodorize each empty bin and place them neatly by the garage or gate.
Q: Can I swap out bins?
A: No. We require you select the appropriate service plan for the number of bins you need serviced.  Each serviced bin receives a VTSO tag. We will only service the bin(s) with the tag.
Q: Can I pause my plan?
A: You can pause 1 service visit per service plan.  Anything longer will require a cancellation.
Q: What if I no longer need the service?
A: Our hassle-free, no-contract plans allow you to cancel after you have met our 3 consecutive service obligation.
