Your community group rate of $00 includes 2 bins (1 trash & 1 recycle bin) serviced on a monthly recurring basis from date to date

SERVICE TERMS FOR GROUP RATE:
-  First service will be billed to Grand Key HOA, all remaining services will be auto-billed to resident monthly.
-  Individual reschedule is not allowed; we will reschedule the group in the event of no collection in community, inclement weather, or maintenance issue.
- Review the day of service terms sent by email a day prior to each scheduled service.
